Payment Information: processed securely through third-party providers (we do not store full card details).

Registration and participation records are kept only as long as needed for program management.
League/tournament results may be archived for historical purposes (without exposing personal contact info).

For youth programs, a parent or guardian must provide consent before collecting any information. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental permission.
9. Liability Waivers
Participation in our Programs also requires signing a liability waiver. This waiver may include acknowledgement that limited personal information is collected and used for safety, scheduling, and program management.
